A short film documenting highlights of the major retrospective of celebrated British Sculptor 'Lynn Chadwick at Houghton Hall'. Curated by Pangolin London, this exhibition presented 30 works across multiple exterior and interior sites at Houghton Hall, including early works, a powerful group of dynamic beasts, kinetic sculptures, and a selection of Chadwick’s best-known paired figures (‘couples’), all set in dialogue with the Neo-Palladian architecture and extensive parklands of Houghton Hall.

Made of materials found in the Vindolanda collection, MacMurray has used beeswax, Haircap moss, Soay sheep wool and antler to create three sculptural works that appear to emerge from the museum walls. Echoing the slow, organic processes of growth, decay and preservation that have shaped the Vindolanda site for almost 2,000 years.
