"Cremation was a natural progression from that piece. The container was made using all sorts of metals to create two halves of an “egg” form. In fact, I used an ostrich egg and made a mold from it in fire cement. I then lined the welded metal with more fire cement, placed the bird inside, and put the whole lot on a barbecue and “cooked,” or cremated, it before continuing with the exterior form." - Steve Dilworth
